Nice captured moment, but I think the girl needs a better range of tones because she looks a bit flat (except in her hair-bow which has nice tones). The background is distracting, which can't be helped sometimes since this is street photography. Some playful cropping would help a bit.

I think the end result is very nice. Street shots is what they are. You can't plan all details about the composition to work 100%. The crop is fine for me!
